At NZAutomotive Online Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchase. If your item isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Place the unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

  Ship to Warehouse

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
